10-Month Budget Plan
Our most popular plan—divide your heating payments for the year into predictable payments throughout 10 months of the year. We’ll calculate your estimated annual fuel bill and segment the total amount into smaller, more consistent bills that you can budget with other monthly expenses. To show our appreciation for your participation in this plan, we’ll provide you with a 5¢/gallon discount on every gallon of fuel you order. Plus, you get May and June off of payments altogether!
6-Month Budget Plan
Similar to the 10-month plan, this one divides your fuel payments into six months starting in July and ending in December. You’ll be charged the daily posted price for heating oil with a 10¢ discount per gallon as a “thanks” for being on the budget plan. This allows you to pay for your fuel for half the year while getting deliveries as long as you need them.
Pre-Payment Plan
Interested in taking care of your heating fuel bills before the cold season even begins? We’ll reward you with 15¢ off per gallon when you sign up for our pre-payment plan, which accepts your full annual fuel payment by July 15th and continues delivering fuel through the following spring.
Already Enrolled in a Payment Plan?
You can elect to participate in the same plan as last year, or you may change to a different plan. In order to participate in our payment plans, customers must be up to date on payments at the start of the new payment plan. A payment plan invitation, which includes your estimated usage and payments, will be mailed out in June to all customers currently on a plan. If you are not yet on a plan and would like to be, get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to get you enrolled.
Terms and Conditions Apply to All Payment Plans
- Estimated cost based upon previous usage.
- Budget payments are due on the 15th of each month starting in July. If budget payments are not made on time, or if you fail to make your payments you will not receive the discount.
- If you participate in a Payment Plan and run out of credit, you will receive the appropriate per-gallon discount as long as payment has been received within 10 days of the day of delivery.
- New customers are defined as receiving fewer than 3 fuel deliveries of less than 150 gallons. New customers must complete 3 will-call deliveries of 150 gallons of fuel or more before being eligible to participate in any budget plan. Usage history for the prior heating season must be available.
- Any costs associated with fuel service and comfort plans are not included in the Payment Plans or monthly payments.
