2021- 2022 HEATING SEASON COMING SOON + PROPANE PREBUY!!!!

Existing Customers: You can elect to participate in the same plan as last year or you may change to a different plan.  In order to participate in ANY budget plan, you must have a ZERO (or credit) balance at the start of the new budget plan,  Budget papers, with your estimated usage and payments, will be mailed out in June.

 PRE-PAYMENT PLAN:   The full payment by July 15th of your estimated cost of fuel oil for the 2018-2019 heating season. You will receive a fifteen-cent ($0.15) per gallon discount at the time of delivery.

 SIX (6) MONTH BUDGET:   Six equal payments starting on July 15th, ending on December 15th.  Fuel Oil will be delivered at the daily posted price on the day of delivery with a ten-cent ($0.10) per gallon discount.

 TEN (10) MONTH BUDGET:    Ten equal payments starting on July 15th, ending on April 15th.  Fuel Oil will be delivered at the daily posted price on the day of delivery with a five-cent ($0.05) per gallon discount.

Budget payments are due on the 15th of each month starting in July.   If budget payments are not made on time, or if you fail to make your payments you will not receive the discount.  

If you participate in a Budget plan and run out of credit, you will receive the appropriate per gallon discount as long as payment has been received within 10 days of the day of delivery.  

New Customers are defined as receiving fewer then 3 fuel deliveries of less then 150 gallons.  New Customers must complete (3) C.O.D deliveries of 150 gallons of fuel or more before being eligible to participate in any budget plan.  Usage history for the prior heating season must be available.

Any costs associated with Fuel Service, or Comfort Plans are not included in the budget plans or monthly budget payments.
